BNS Group has enjoyed rapid growth and will operate about 350 stores by the end of 2010. The group has exclusive distribution deals with leading high street brands Topshop, Mexx, Calvin Klein Jeans and Underwear, CK, Miss Selfridge, Pinko and Axara. Together these comprise the group's current brand portfolio.
The direction asked us to create an identity to accompany the group's fast expansion and settle its image as major player in fashion retail. The common denominator for the group's successful development is to provide premium retail environments to match perfectly each brand's look and feel. Our solution was to boldly express their love for fashion. We wanted a brand that would appeal to their market - cool affordable clothes for modern Russians, as well as their love for unique fashion brands. The vital and graphic colour palette combines black and red. Black for its simplicity, elegance and solidity. Red for its brightness, warmth and because 'red' in Russian means 'beautiful'.
Along with the whole branding process, we produced a brochure targeted to western investors, from concept/design through to photography of the current Russian society. |
